NOTE:  The new bypass on Hwy 17 that goes around Washington was opened the end of March.  Thousands of pieces of literature we have published over the past year are now inaccurate.  We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause.  All new literature will be corrected.  Please note that as of April 1, 2010 the following directions are correct.  Those coming from the east or west on Hwy 264 will not be affected by previously published directions.

Patrons have reported when using their GPS (or internet source maps) that directions guide them to the theatre using 8^th Street.  This is not a problem if you are in a car.  However, if you are in a van or coach and wish to unload at curbside, it is necessary to approach the theatre using 7^th Street. 

 

Directions to the Rocky Hock Playhouse:
 

From Hampton Roads/Williamston:

• Take Hwy 17 South to Washington.

• Continue on the bypass and take exit 180.

• Turn left at the bottom of the ramp.  You are on Hwy 264.

• Go to the 6th stop light and turn left onto Bonner Street. (Be sure to count the first light as you pass under the bypass bridge.)

• In 2 blocks turn right onto 7th Street.  Continue to the
  Rocky Hock Playhouse.

  right.  You may unload at the curb.  Large coaches will be
  directed to park behind the building.)
   

From Myrtle Beach/Wilmington/New Bern:

• Take Hwy 17 North to Washington.

• Continue on the bypass and take exit 180.

• Go to the 5th stop light and turn left onto Bonner Street.

• In 2 blocks turn right onto 7th Street.  Continue to the
  Rocky Hock Playhouse.

From Raleigh/Wilson/Greenville:

• Take Hwy 264 East to Washington.

• Stay on 264 East as it becomes West 5th Street.

• Turn left onto Bonner Street.

• In 2 blocks turn right onto 7th Street.  Continue to the
  Rocky Hock Playhouse.

From Belhaven:

• Take Hwy 264 West to Washington.

• Stay on 264 West as it becomes John Small Ave.

• Turn right onto Bonner Street.

• In 2 blocks turn right onto 7th Street.  Continue to the
  Rocky Hock Playhouse.

From Richmond, VA:

• Take I-95 South to Wilson, NC.

• Take Hwy 264 East to Washington.

• Stay on 264 East as it becomes West 5th Street.
