GERMANY 2008
Jeff and Gloria Emmerich have ministered on dozens of US military bases around the world since 1980. In 1994 they began working with an organization called “MINISTRY TO THE MILITARY.” MTTM is a non-profit organization based in Cleveland, TN and has well established Christian Servicemen’s Centers in Germany, Italy, England, Belgium, Puerto Rico, the Phillippines, Korea, Japan, and Guam. The Emmerichs have ministered in many of the Servicemen’s Centers across Europe and plan another ministry trip to Germany in April of 2008. Since 2004 the Rocky Hock Playhouse has sponsored ministry trips to Germany, Alaska, St. Croix, and Puerto Rico. The team will be presenting two musicals, Noah's Incredible Cruise and Out of the Darkness. Gloria Emmerich’s inspiring musical Out of the Darkness has previously been presented in both Puerto Rico and the United States. Her children's musical Noah's Incredible Cruise was performed in Alaska this past spring. In Germany these musicals will be performed for United States military personnel and their families. Tax deductible donations can be made by sending a check to: Ministry to the Military, P.O. Box 5438, Cleveland, TN, 37320-5438. (Designate in the memo: Emmerich Ministries.)
Two Musicals to Choose from: Noah's Incredible Cruise
This children’s musical, written by Gloria Emmerich, is enjoyed by all age groups. Jeff and Gloria play Noah and his wife and bring the truths of this remarkable Old Testament story to life. Noah can be performed by just the Emmerichs...or better yet, they can also incorporate local children (through age 12) into the musical with them. Jeff and Gloria have performed this musical with hundreds of children around the world. It is as simple as sending lyric sheets and a sound track CD ahead to the children’s workers who then teach the children three songs from the musical. When the Emmerichs arrive it is a matter of just a 90 minute rehearsal (and the creative help of parents who dress their children as “animals” for the performance) and the musical is on its feet and ready to perform. Noah's Incredible Cruise is especially appropriate for Sunday school rallies, church services, and any time evangelism is the goal. Three male and three female (older) teens or adults are also nice to have on stage to help keep the children “organized.” Out of the Darkness
This powerful musical by Gloria Emmerich is enlightening, entertaining, and inspiring. Military men, women, and children especially relate to each of the characters who face seemingly insurmountable obstacles as they receive Jesus and work to make Him reign as Lord and Savior in their lives. The characters include: The Cana couple, the paralytic man, Peter (and his cantankerous mother-in-law), John, Martha, the sinful woman, and a leper. Rejoice with them as the reality of Jesus’ resurrection fills each character with eternal hope. A hundred life-changing sermons are rolled into this one hour musical that is filled with joy and passion.

BULLETIN INSERTS
Germany 2004 Puerto Rico - February and May, 2005
These are some
of the wonderful people we ministered to while in churches in San Juan,
Guaynabo, and Ceiba, Puerto Rico. (The little lady in the blue outfit, who
appears in multiple pictures, showed up at several different performances
around the island. She is a physician in Puerto Rico and brought a lot of
friends and family members to see the musical.)
St. Croix - December, 2005
